How can we apply accounting principles to Monopoly?!? Students in Ms. Heller’s Accounting class did just that today! With every roll of the dice student’s recorded each of their transactions that occurred into their General Journal. Nothing was left unaccounted for! #GameOnRVC

After a few days of deliberation, using a fishbowl discussion so our non-jurors could watch the process, the jury has reached a verdict in the State of Grimm v Grethel. Grethel was found NOT GUILTY on all charges! Great discussions from our jurors to reach this verdict.

In a interesting occurrence, the multiverse has presented a parallel case of The State of Grimm v Grethel in Mr. Manolakes’s Business Law class. Will we see different results!? #cooperativeteaching

The defense had their opportunity to present their case. They brought, Birds Spokesperson, Hansel, and Grethel up to testify. Gripping testimony! The honorable Judge Grella has put the case on recess until Tuesday when jurors will receive instructions and begin deliberations.

Business Law classes have worked their way up to our 1st Mock Trial! In this scripted case, The State of Grimm v Grethel, Grethel has been charged w assault and is standing trial in our classroom. Our students were well prepared and are loving their roles. Verdict coming soon!
