@TheRosaholics flowers arrive w busted vase- glass shards falling out of box and through leaves and petals and you want to refund me for just the vase? You ever tried picking glass shards out of roses? Didnt think so. No help thru customer service- premium price does not get premium service.

@1800flowershelp I’m sorry, but the worst customer service experience ever- order placed miniature flower arrangement sent- file a complaint on the quality promised a replacement the next day the replacement never showed up ask for help again apologies accepted, and the replacement to the replacement to show up the next day. Still no flowers no refund no nothing last time using this service to brighten someone’s day regretfully so.
