@_TheFlowershops I am so devastated flowers I ordered on 22nd for delivery today in memory of my mother’s birthday, she died earlier this year, at 3.15pm today I was told they couldn’t be delivered. No warning when ordered. Says you deliver to area on website.

Anyone else had delivery problem with @HelloFreshUK customer service has now told me that delivery window has changed from 7pm to 9pm and this is new Policy. Wish I had all day and night for a delivery it is now 19:58 #poorservice #HelloFresh does not care about their customers
