Ridiculous behavior from @ViCustomerCare. Received 38 calls in the last 5 hours, all because a request was raised to port the connection to a competitor. This harassment validates my decision further. @TRAI please take cognizance of this anti consumer practice.
Today is the day when my 8 year Old #PebbleTime finally stopped being smart. It lost its ability to connect to my android smartphone due to app incompatibility.

@myntra Why was Issue IN23081717103259259128 closed? It has the entire situation with order IDs, products names and photographs to prove the delivery of incorrect products. All we want is to get the products picked up without quality check. Is it that difficult @myntra@MyntraSupport?

Received a completely different design and size to what was ordered.
@myntra None of that helps. It is a list of templetized options, none of which matches our situation. Please share a step by step instruction of what needs to be done to ensure that the incorrect products are picked up without QC.

@myntra Please arrange a callback. Refund was credited for 1 of the 2 items returned. The product highlighted here is still not resolved and we have not received any credit or refund for it.
Return gets rejected every time since courier person wants to pick up the original product (which was not delivered in the first place). I'm surprised that there's no mechanism to tackle issues around delivery of incorrect products.
This is what my Threemium #FPL team looks like atm. Will probably change once the dust on the transfer window settles a bit.

@Alligator951990@geekyranjit The life of these TVs is around 5 years. Beyond that, it will need regular repairs, which will not be monetarily feasible.
