Dear @RelianceDigital, our experience at Kachrapara branch was wonderful, with appreciation for the hardworking staff! However, your delivery of a 600kg SBS shipment with only two persons posed challenges. And assisting them to the first floor without an elevator became chaotic.

We had to help them carry the huge box, which was not a pleasant situation for any of us, especially considering the bill mentioned delivery on the first floor. They also arrived very late, despite our request for a next morning delivery. @RelianceDigital @RelianceResQ
