I pernah ada dalam situasi si suami ni. Sebenarnya ini bukan isu “incompetent” atau lembab, tapi ini realiti kesan “micromanaging” dan “learned helplessness”. Bila setiap tindakan, keputusan, dan cara suami asyik dikritik dan disalahkan, dia akan automatik jadi takut nak bertindak sendiri. Dia tanya soalan remeh macam tu sekadar "defense mechanism" nak pastikan dia tak diserang balik.

Boleh jadi sebelum ni dia pernah tolong buang, tapi kena bebel sebab tak ikut standard atau timing isteri. Kontranya dekat sini, you nak suami yang berdikari dan ada leadership, tapi you layan dia macam budak budak yang tak reti buat keputusan. Bila tak kena cara dan tekak sendiri, terus cop incompetent. Hubungan takkan sihat kalau sebelah pihak asyik cari salah.

Menuntut suami untuk proaktif, tapi pada masa sama sekat autonomi dia untuk buat kerja ikut cara dia sendiri. Bila tak memenuhi piawaian tekak kita, terus label lembab. Ini bukan salah suami je, ini toxic trait isteri yang suka kontrol semua benda.
