Immigration authorities are playing games.

There was no reason to reject Charlie's eTA, that's why they "reopened" to try and disrupt his travel.

There is absolutely no reason to prevent Charlie from entering the country. He is part of Restore Britain, not some terrorist cell. He has no criminal record. He will be in the country for less than 48hrs.

One of our international speakers, Charlie Downes @cfdownes_ has been detained at the US border en route to DOMCON26.

Charlie was scheduled to travel directly to Canada from London yesterday, but the IRCC "reopened" his electronic travel authorization at the last minute without notice preventing him from boarding his flight.

Traveling over a land border does not require an eTA

Now they have detained Charlie for 3 hours, searched our vehicle, mobilized a K-9 unit.

Canadian borders are wide open for criminals and illegals but shut tight for peaceful political activists.
