Mental how so many adaptations of Batman are like "What if he broke his code and killed? That'd be daring".
Meanwhile Matt Reeves had the daring idea to dedicate a whole side quest to not only Batman not killing, but preventing somebody else doing it.
There is a part in The Batman where he gently eases a gun out of Catwoman's hand after convincing her to spare a big villain.
And people say Matt Reeves doesn't understand or like Batman just cos he went the "grounded" route.
Drake released his debut album “Thank Me Later” 16 years ago today
Drake was hoping for the album to sell 200-300K units in its first week. Thank Me Later debuted at no. 1 on the Billboard 200, selling 447K copies first week setting the standard for what the rest of Drake’s career would then look like. 🐐
That isnt a luxury suite... thats section of the stands where he is sitting with 1,000 fans who WON lottery game tickets. He made tickets available to ordinary people and then sat with those people
Stop making shit up just bcz u hate that he is a Muslim and a socialist democrat
Well, well, well, look who resurfaced- if it isn't the traitor-Demar
“DeMore I say it, the DeLess I like it.”🤣
DeRozan out here testing the waters to see if it's safe to go home?😅🤣😅🪓
And the way he casually says Drake's name like they're friends, shameless!
The way that the average YuGiOh player would just go "ohh sweet, Exodia nice" and you have a full grown LARPER man child screaming his lungs out complete with 2 orbiting hypemen. We have reprints bro. It aint gonna catch value man.
This is not Pokemon.
i love that they picked the billy joel track. while everyone’s reaching for sinatra or empire state of mind, this stands out so beautifully and makes the city feel less like a postcard and more like a place.
thank the lord, good commercials are so back.
The reason I banned Bluey from my house is I don’t like the family dynamics or the way the kids talk to their parents, and some of the characters.
The dad seems to always be giving into the kids every whim, and the kids seem to walk all over him, with very little respect paid to him.
Meanwhile the kids think everything is a discussion. There isn’t an instance of “No” or “This is what we’re doing.”, everything seems to be a discussion, every decision the parents make is up for a debate.
One example: Dad tells the kids no ice cream. Muffins dad gets muffin ice cream. Instead of explaining “Well, I’m your dad, I think you’ve had enough sugar, we’re not getting ice cream.” Dad gets the kids ice cream.
Kids also seem to have zero responsibilities. I haven’t seen Bluey or Bingo pick up any toys, clean their room, or do anything that isn’t actively playing.
They don’t help their parents around the house at all.
Finally the show just irritates me. The sounds, colors, the pace, I just find it irritating.
