Shocking situation @etihad .. boarded a flight today from JNB via AUH to NRT. Supposed departure 09:45. At 15:20 we eventually told it’s cancelled after disembarking at 11:30 & told to call the call centre for help. But the call centre is just bots. So many stranded people told
