@OnePlus_IN @OnePlus_Support If you are not able to provide service for TV, then stop manufacturing TV. I called nearby OnePlus service centers and they do not offer service for TV. Why do you deliver TV where there is no service center??? I need my TV to be ready ASAP.

I bought a OnePlus TV 65U1S on Aug 30. The TV is now not working. I registered a complaint 10 days ago but didn't get any call for servicing my TV. I spent 67,000 on this TV which is of no use now. Worst Service from #Oneplus @OnePlus_IN @OnePlus_Support. I have the warranty.

There is no way available to follow up on the complaint. I have to call the One Plus customer care and wait for 15 minutes to connect with a customer care agent. Sometimes after waiting, the call gets disconnected automatically. Very Frustrated with #OnePlus Service.
