@IanMBrowne I’m actually shocked they haven’t done more to clear up the OF mix and prepare for the next wave of young guys- who also play outfield. Along with the pitching and RH bat issue, that logjam seems like a priority to clean up.

@awfulannouncing He’s right, it’s incredibly hard especially as a first year coach trying to rebuild a program. All the more reason to not devote 20 hours a week to a radio show! I feel like even Doug doesn’t believe in his ability so he’s keeping his fallback in place for when he gets fired.

@totalfilm I always try to keep an open mind on these films as I am not a fan boy by any stretch but geez…when one of the biggest criticisms of Superman movies is they have been too hokey or cheesy…opening the trailer with a super dog is certainly a choice…

@SoxProspects I know the team has a ton of OF depth. And not room for all of them to play. But I’m a little disappointed they traded Montgomery before we got to see him play given how nearly everyone said he was the steal of the draft last year. The rest I’m ok with.

@jacobphawkins @adambeam It’s cheaper in theory yes, but the amount of wasted eyeballs that saw the ad make it a negative return on the investment. The cost could be higher localizing it, but 100% of the people seeing it are relevant and the money is impacted. Versus how much waste on 90% who can’t vote.

@MattVautour424 I do not like embiid at all. But there were multiple other ways to bring up his lack of availability than to bring up his dead brother and invoking his son. The reporter was wrong here for writing it. Just as Joel shouldn’t have touched the reporter. Argue fine- don’t push.
