@myntra It is the same usual response, one of a case manager will register a complaint, and that complaint will be closed without resolution, and this keeps repeating. Finally I don’t have the ordered product nor my refund, looting honest peoples money

@MyntraSupport @saikiran1900 They really don’t know how to solve the customer problem, they even cheated us, without delivering the product, the order status delivered, and upon raising complaints so many times, they did not take any action nor they refunded the money back, such a fraud company

@myntra You are looking in to this issue since almost 2 months, never got a resolution till date, either say your case manager will reach out, which he never does, and close the ticket stating platform abuse despite opening the ticket multiple times, in simple we got cheated by Myntra
