Fantastic afternoon at Newcastle Under Lyme vegan Spring festival!

"Isn't a vegan diet restrictive?" A question we have been asked numerous times and our answer is always the same...there are 1097 cultivated vegetable species and there are over 2000 different kinds of fruit, not including all the edible plants there are.

⬆️ Cook at 180 degrees fan assist for about 12 mins or until base is crispy and edges are browning.

HOMEMADE PIZZA RECIPE

Here it is a recipe for you to make 2 of your very own scrumdiddlyumptious pizza bases....

Ingredients:
🍕360g self raising flour
🍕1 tsp active yeast
🍕1 tsp salt
🍕 1 tsp olive oil
🍕 240ml warm water

⬆️ Remove from bowl and knead for a couple of minutes before separating into two lumps.
Roll each lump out into whatever shape you fancy onto baking paper then voila add your toppings!
