@IndiaPostOffice Earlier I had one issue - "self mode transaction restricted" in my account, now one more added - regular savings account is upgraded to premium wrongly by ur skillful agent. Solve the "self mode" issue and refund my 175rs and degrade it to regular acc @RBI@FinMinIndia
@IPPBOnline went to branch for 'self mode restriction' issue but the agent there told it is mandatory to upgrade to premium account for solving the issue and charged 175rs. Even after that my issue is still not resolved. Made complaint on 155299 immediately but no help at all.
@IndiaPostOffice My account (063110084334) is giving "self mode restricted" error, when I visited ippb branch ur agent has wrongly upgraded my account to premium without solving my issue. - hope i could manage to elaborate!
@IndiaPostOffice I have elaborated my query with maximum details possible via email, have you checked that? Account number, phone number and all the necessary documents have been shared already.
@IPPBOnline No reply even after sharing the issue to nodal officer. Pathetic service from a so called "bank". Are u guys doing something or just wasting my time n effort?
@Bajaj_Finserv@Bajaj_Finance These fraud bajaj has taken my I'd proof and given me 48hrs timeline 3 times but still my wallet is Blocked ! They are frauds, never use their app or any services. This is a lesson of lifetime for me !
@IPPBOnline Complaint id - CR103924858 , got a message saying it's resolved but no help at all from anywhere. My issue is still there and moreover I have been wrongly upgraded to a premium account which I never asked for. Take immediate action @IPPBOnline
