@cleanslaterun Most residential is a financially engineered product the buyer can't do the math on. Commercial and industrial, totally different story. And if it's built right it needs little maintenance.
@joecarlsonshow Neither product is what it used to be. Both got carried away with valuation. Netflix needs an acquisition to improve offerings. Spotify and better ai then years ago than their algos today.
@adcwaste@trentjhughes On the commercial side there's huge liability in lightning protection. Electrical engineers don't like to mess with them if they're existing
@AmericanAir 900,000 miles for round trip business class from PHL to Italy in May on planes that are half empty. United has it for 400,000 miles out of EWR. Sad your miles aren't worth 1/2 of what United miles are.
@Chase Now if you could just let your business card holders claim their cash back without having to waste 20+ minutes on the phone with someone in another country that has no clue how to help. Ridiculous I've had to call multiple times this year over this matter
@GoodFundies It's simple, until a big move or two are made, they're punting on 2026. Starting pitching was the biggest issue last year and nothing has been done to address it. Not winning a wild card with current rotation. That said off-season is not over
@TruePG718@TonyMetroMLB Alvarez is a career 230 hitter with poor plate discipline who has had a few good streaks but more bad ones. Has potential but you can't build a winning team on potential
@on3@clowfb@petenakos In 12 years he beat Ohio State one time. If anything they were too patient with him, not impatient. Clearly you haven't watched many games.
@roidragefiesta@LandonTengwall That and how many more games would he realistically have won this year? Rutgers, maybe? Be interesting to see how the coordinators pivot now, if at all
