@united I had a piece of jagged and sharp ceramic in my desert on a United flight and instead of contacting me and apologizing they gave me a $300 credit. Talk about a way of not taking accepting blame. Hopefully someone professional from corporate can contact me
@united I was delayed while sitting in the United plane for over 2 hours, no water was given and the main flight attendant was rude and condescending/ flight ua1606 and after very high and scary turbulence the same flight FA said hope you had a wonderful flight & hid nametag
@HiltonHonors@HiltonHotels one of the worst experiences in terms of rooms and customer service at Hilton Boston Park Plaza as a business customer. Never staying here again - one feels like they are in jail
@united does not have customer service anymore - just an email where they don’t care about customers - I checked twice with flight attendant about vegetarian meal and he assured me but there was meat. customer service supervisor said “I’m not a complainer” so unsure how it works

@united unacceptable where United is blaming weather and I’ve been at the airport since 4:15 pm - not a drop of rain. It’s 10 pm and we are still not at the destination when we were supposed to reach at 6:30 pm - horrible service by the staff - no food - no compensation
@TJoesOfficial horrible customer service by a manager at Trader Joe’s in Princeton NJ who refused to help me fine out what my gift card balance was since the phone system was not working - unacceptable and unprofessional
@united worst airlines - they delayed my flight and I checked again prior to leaving home but delayed again after arriving to the airport and this is the 3rd time there are not accepting one time pass in the lounge
