Think we may just might have had our very first in person meeting while being driven around autonomously. 😎

Testing on one of our 8 capabilities was off the charts, as our system at its CURRENT TRL level successfully caught an exposed wire after quickly inspecting a payload.
This is our tech in the RAW, with zero bells or whistles, sound damping, etc.
This is just a sneak preview of what is yet to be unleashed onto the industry.

Roman is on her way, and this is only the beginning.
With a field of view more than 100x greater than Hubble and the ability to scan the sky more than 1,000x faster, NASA’s next great space telescope will help us discover tens of thousands of new worlds and unlock some of the biggest mysteries of the universe.
They had me at 1000 launches.
This is the exact reason we @SP8CEAI saw this back in 2023 and have been working diligently towards our goal of bolstering America’s launch cadence capabilities.
We are still extremely early on but a massive shift is coming.

The National Space Transportation Policy https://t.co/ZHsuvhSTHZ
I've held an FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s license for years. Been using HF, VHF, CPDLC etc planetwide and got mine the same way I earned my B747 type rating along with the 5 other jet types because I believe if you’re going to operate in a regulated domain, you learn the regulator’s language cold.
So when the FCC announced it’s replacing its traditional satellite licensing process with what it calls a “licensing assembly line”, where applications are modularized and processed more efficiently, I paid attention. This isn’t a press release. It’s a structural shift. The order aims to compress satellite licensing from over a year to weeks or months, and the agency has already cut its backlog by 52% in 18 months.
IMO here’s what’s missing: The FCC just removed the paperwork bottleneck. It did nothing about the physical one.
Every satellite that gets licensed faster still has to be processed prior to launch. Licensing at assembly-line speed while processing payloads at artisanal speed just moves the queue from Washington to the cleanroom floor.
In aviation we call this a throughput mismatch. You can clear an aircraft for takeoff every 90 seconds, but if the ramp can’t turn planes, the clearances are worthless.
That’s the problem we’re solving at SP8CEAI. We’re building the AI & Robotics native operating system for payload processing, so the ground segment can finally match the cadence the regulator just unlocked. And with filings on the table spanning up to a million satellites , that cadence is only going one direction.
The FCC modernized the front door. Someone has to modernize the factory behind it.
That’s us @SP8CEAI

So You Want to Be a Space Company
Q1 2026 earnings dropped.
Saturday AM, 2 coffees deep and I’m freakin’ LIT thinking about this!.
Buckle up!!.
A thread 👇🏼🧵
1/
Another quarter, another masterclass in creative accounting and investor patience. Ten publicly traded space names just reported, and the results are - how do I put this diplomatically - exactly what you’d expect from an industry that routinely lights $200 million on fire and calls it a launch cadence.
2/
Let’s appreciate the full tableau, shall we?
$ASTS somehow turned $718k in revenue into $15M - a heroic 1,900% growth story while simultaneously expanding its net loss from $46M to $191M. Shares dropped 12%. The market, apparently, wanted more. $GILT grew revenue 20%, turned profitable on a net basis, improved EBITDA nearly 100%, and was rewarded with a 21% share haircut. $KRMN actually made money - $8M net income, $1B backlog doubled year-over-year-and got a modest +8%.
3/
The lesson here is obvious: profitability is suspicious. Net losses are a growth thesis. Act accordingly.
$SPCE, bless them, generated $200k in revenue. Not $200M. $200,000. With $251M sitting in cash. Virgin Galactic is essentially a very expensive waiting room at this point, burning $93M in free cash flow to produce roughly what a decent food truck does on a weekend. But hey, the vision is intact.
4/
Meanwhile, $SPIR managed to shrink revenue 34% year-over-year, expand its losses, and double its free cash outflow. This is a special kind of operational achievement. Going backwards in a market growing this fast requires genuine commitment.
Here’s the thing nobody says out loud about space earnings season: launch cadence is the forcing function for everything.
5/
Revenue, backlog conversion, customer retention, gross margin trajectory - all of it downstream of whether you can reliably get hardware to orbit on schedule and at cost. $LUNR tripled revenue and nearly hit EBITDA breakeven precisely because they’ve figured out the operational rhythm. $KRMN doubled its backlog because customers believe they’ll execute. The companies bleeding out on the bottom of this list? They’re mostly still solving for the cadence question, at enormous cash burn, with dwindling runway to figure it out.
6/
The market is not confused. It’s pricing execution risk. And right now, the spread between the companies that have a repeatable operational model and those still workshopping one is measured in hundreds of millions of market cap.
7/
There’s a reason founders at the pre-public stage should be studying these filings with the same energy they apply to their own cap tables.
This is the scoreboard. These are the rules. The market is telling you - loudly, quarter after quarter - that it will handsomely reward backlog growth, EBITDA inflection, and operational proof points, and will punish cash burn without a credible conversion story regardless of how compelling the vision sounds on a earnings call.
8/
End of the day SP8CEAI is a “FOR PROFIT” company.
Full stop.
We will go down one of three paths. Failure is not an option here.
MnA Exit
Public Exit
Private until Series Z
The question is whether we get there having built the operational infrastructure that earns a $KRMN reaction or the kind that earns a $SPIR one!.
I know which list we’re building for.
And honestly, Q1 2026 is a pretty good reminder of why it matters to decide early. The space economy is real, the opportunity is generational, and the public markets are a merciless grader.
Act accordingly.

The Artemis II crew is boarding Orion.
Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy are taking their seats atop the most powerful manned rocket ever built. They have trained for years for this moment, and now they are preparing to execute a mission that will take us back around the Moon and begin the next chapter of human space exploration.
We will be at SPACE SYMPOSIUM in Colorado Springs April 13-16th.
Please DM if you are around and would like to connect over a coffee.

Dear Sir @NASAAdmin
We are enabling a quick & efficient launch cadence whether it be to orbit, the moon, or Mars. This is why we are building an AI & Robotic OS for payload launch.
Our two-time Founder & CEO @CaptFZ is also a six-jet type-rated pilot.
May we connect?.
To build a sustained human presence on the Moon, we are building @NASAMoonBase, prioritizing surface operations and scalable infrastructure.
- Frequent robotic landings and mobility testing including MoonFall drones
- Starting in 2027 nearly monthly cadence of equipment and rovers with scientific payloads landing on the Moon.
- Investments in power, communications, and surface mobility
- Scalable infrastructure to support long-term human presence
The objective is clear: build the foundation for an enduring lunar base and take the next step toward Mars.
If yous love this country like we do, reach out!.
If yous want to work on hard problems and not some bullshit SaaS only company, reach out!.
If yous patriotic and love to show it, reach out!
If yous love to build fast, fail faster, iterate and try again, reach out!.
If yous want to work on an already validated problem, reach out!.
If you've got a software, robotics, AI background, reach out!.
If yous think you’re a fit after reading the above , reach out!.

President Trump gave the world the Artemis Program, and NASA and our partners have the plan to deliver. We will standardize architecture where possible, add missions and accelerate flight rate, execute in an evolutionary way, and safely return American astronauts to the Moon, this time to stay.
This is the NASA that once changed the world. This is the NASA that will do it again.
