Eight years ago today, my pal @gary_sutlieff and I crashed a computer at #CERN.

In our defence, there was this weirdly out of place, unlabelled fish-shaped button in their Higgs Boson software, and we were 16... Of course we were going to click it?!

Thanks, @BenSutlieff, for convincing me I had a shot at an invitation to follow my dreams to complete the Ultimate Nerd Pilgrimmage...

...but also for letting me borrow your brother as a cover story for the inevitable swathe of wanton destruction my presence is sure to inflict!

Update: thanks so much for the suggestions. I’m hoping to use the money to sponsor two local kids to go to @SpaceSchoolUK. I’ve been working with children’s charities in Blackpool. Thanks @spACE_rainbows for the idea. SSUK changed my life, I hope it can inspire others!

@Oh_ItsJustKim I had to fill out a 13-page questionnaire ahead of my diagnosis appointment. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

"Do you have trouble holding your attention on tasks?"
