에어컨이 고장나서 아내가 AI상담사와 통화를 한다.
아내: 에어컨 고장.
아내: 네. (이것 저것 이야기함)

아내: OOO에어컨.
아내: 연결
AI상담사와 통화가 끝나고 인간상담사에게 연결된 모양이다.
그런데 놀라운점은 인간상담사가 앞에서 AI상담사와 이야기한것을 다시한번 그대로 물어봤다는 것이다.
아내: 앞에서 AI상담사한테 다 이야기 했는데 그게 전달이 안되는거에요?
상담사: 네 죄송해요 그게 전달이 안돼요
아내: 그럼 AI상담사는 왜하는거에요? 정말 궁금해서 여쭤보는거에요
상담사: 정말 죄송해요 그게 그냥 하는거에요 전화는 넘어오는데 정보는 안넘어와서 우왕좌왕 (당황하심 사과의연속)

놀라운 사실을 알게되었다. AI상담사를 붙들고 열심히 이야기한것이 인간상담사에게는 전달이 안된다는것이다.
아니 이러면 AI상담사는 그냥 수문장같은 역할만 하는걸까
아니면 ARS서비스계의 짜증증폭기 역할을 하는걸까

그런 무조건적 신뢰가 국민들에게 밷애들여지기 위해서는 절차가 투명해야 하고, 지속적이고 주기적인 외부의 검증을 받아야 하며 그런 절차에 조직을 스스로 던져넣어야 한다.

부정선거를 입에 담아서는 안된다는 논리를 펴는 사람들을 나로서는 도저히 이해할 수가 없다. 당신들은 당신 옆에 있는 사람을 그렇게 신뢰할 수 있나??? 당신 가족을 믿어???

난 그들의 선관위에 대한 신뢰가 도대체 무엇에 근거해 있는지 이해가 안된다.

기본적으로 현대의 조직은 좋은 말로 ‘견제와 균형’, 시쳇말로 ‘나 너 못믿어’에 근거해 있고 그게 우리네 합리적 이성의 결과다. 그것보다 더한 어떠한 신뢰든 종교적 차원의 것이라 치부해도 된다.
