@rosenstein @peony_hirwani @SocialDilemma_ I will be deleting the apps spending quality time with family and looking at things from a creative perspective again at a later date so the time I do spend adds value and not noise!
Goodbye for now people!

@rosenstein @peony_hirwani @SocialDilemma_ But I found once the apps changed to ads the experience changed and soon found I was engaging with it in a more personal reactionary way. I have the birth of my 2nd child on the way and whilst I feel I’m stepping away at a critical point in history with #BlackLivesMatter >

@peony_hirwani @rosenstein @SocialDilemma_ Or end Companies like Facebook...I seem to remember a few times when ‘ethical’ social media alternatives have appeared, people show interest then tumbleweed! People feel they have invested too much time or don’t want to be the person in the ethical party on their own! Sad.

We tweet, we like, and we share— but what are the consequences of our growing dependence on social media? Silicon Valley insiders reveal how social media is reprogramming civilization. #TheSocialDilemma Only on Netflix, starting September 9th. https://t.co/rm5enizw57

As a parent who works in advertising, this part from The Social Dilemma documentary touched me.

We need to talk about the fact that Boris Johnson is calling #NoDealBrexit "a good outcome".

Heard this by chance whilst in the car, hope someone edits it and shares it!

@Lowkey0nline He lied, as did his predecessor Theresa May despite all her fancy words, meetings, photo opportunities and empty promises. https://t.co/UqM6tT3u82

@ronkelawal Showing shocking similarities to the fight for justice of Hillsborough Families, I also imagine @CovidJusticeUk will face the same fight - support and share each other #JusticeForGrenfell #TruthAndRights #EqualRightsAndJustice #YNWA

[Ronke Lawal @ronkelawal]

This country hasn't been angry enough about Grenfell if we're all being honest.

[Fire Brigades Union @fbunational]

Every single Tory MP who voted against this amendment should hang their heads in shame.

[Rastafari Movement @RastafariM]

Take responsibility for yourself. Instead of blaming others or victimizing yourself, reflect on how to grow and improve.

[Dr Toyin Agbetu @toyinagbetu]

Stay Shielded: The gov can try and blame young people for the virus spike but it's not a coincidence it coincides with school reopenings. When hospitalisations increase with uni openings who will they blame then? Corbyn? The EU? Activists? "Baminans"? https://t.co/Bdw0IpDGn1
