@elonmusk@teslaownersSV Once winter in Alberta is over, I’ll probably pay for a month of FSD to see how it works out, but don’t feel like that would be money well spent in winter.

@elonmusk@teslaownersSV I’m hesitant to get FSD for our Model S because when we use Autopilot, I feel like the feel of the driving isn’t quite proactive enough. For instance, when one lane of traffic slows considerably, the vehicle still drives the speed limit in the lane next to the backed up lane…
@Tesla@elonmusk Love! We drive a Model S in Alberta and it performed very well in crazy cold temps and insane blizzards last “fall”.

Yesterday Jan and I took a new ultra-magnification photo of #micrometeorite NMM 828. The stone is a "giant" micrometeorite, 0.5 mm long, and the new photo is 24000x24000 pixels, two and a half meters wide, which is almost exactly 5,000 times magnification!
@nealeu@elonmusk@LucasFoxNews two people I knew committed suicide during the pandemic (one male, one female, both in their 30s), I know one woman who experienced repeated intimate partner violence, and close to 40 women who couldn’t work because of the unequal distribution of domestic duties in the home.
@elonmusk@LucasFoxNews Heartbreaking. When I think of these numbers combined with the impact lockdown had on women, particularly those who experienced domestic violence, I feel such a deep sense of sadness. Also — @elonmusk, please check your Tesla email for a note from https://t.co/e9fhg9ioqV
@BraydenCreation Here is a collage of micrometeorites, most of which measure between 0.2-0.4 mm. They display a phenomenon we describe as "The Soap Bubble Effect", where crystallization in the molten rock is triggered by metal or other dense element.
