Delhi Police Special Cell says - 5 more accused of an 8-member multi-state terror module linked to Pakistan ISI handler Shahzad Bhatti arrested.

Accused were tasked to target police personnel in Delhi and neighboring states, glamorize Pak handlers by pasting their posters as well as popularize an ISI-sponsored alleged terror outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Hindustan (TTH) by painting graffiti in Delhi-NCR region.

Tehreek-e-Taliban Hindustan recently took responsibility for killing of an ASI in Majitha, Amritsar.

Also, if a US submarine torpedoes an Iranian ship in the Indian Ocean Region, it naturally raises questions about India’s influence in what it considers its strategic backyard. India has long presented the Indian Ocean as a space where outside powers should act carefully, so an incident like this would make many in the region wonder who really controls the waters. Perception matters as much as power, if something like this happens openly it signals that the Indian Ocean is still a contested space where multiple navies operate freely. The bigger issue for India would be the optics, whether regional countries truly see the Indian Ocean as India’s sphere of influence, or just another arena where major powers operate. After all the US would never attempt such a move casually in the South China Sea because of China's strong posture there
