We showed you the 2nd test because it was sunny, but it wouldnât be nice not the show the first one ;)
And yes : we improved the extinction between the 2 tests đ
Same engine tested btw
Day 110, orbit 1705 â We put water, we shampoo, we rinse, then we let it air dry⊠On paper, there isnât much difference between washing your hair in space or on Earth! In realityâŠ

Day 109, orbit 1691 â So happy to see my little plants đ± growing as part of the @CNES ChlorISS experiment!
More than 260,000 students also took part in this educational project from their classrooms, exploring the influence of light and the effects of gravity on plant growth.
I hope the students had a great time, enjoyed learning about the scientific method and that ChlorISS sparked their curiosity.
Congratulations to everyone đ and a big thank you to all the teachers who embarked on this adventure!
This timelapse video shows the very first step of the experiment: watering each substrate to trigger germination.
đ Special thanks to all the teams behind #ChlorISS: CNES, Sorbonne University, the French Ministry of Education, the French Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty, and ESA!

Day 107, orbit 1658 â Iâve often been asked about my hobbies in space⊠Well, one of them is inventing fun science experiments on Sunday mornings. Itâs a lot of fun - and itâs actually more challenging that I had imagined⊠I like the way it requires quite a bit of creativity!
Spoiler alert: it does not always go as planned⊠đ

Day 106, orbit 1655 â Hello, hi to all the mums on Earth from the mums in space! Weâre sending you lots and lots of love 𫶠from up here.
Happy Motherâs Day in France and across Europe!

Itâs easy to make jokes from behind a keyboard, but behind every rocket are thousands of people who have poured years of their lives into it. Engineers, technicians, operators, planners, inspectors, welders, mechanicsâpeople who miss holidays, work long hours, and sacrifice time with their families because they believe in something bigger than themselves.
Regardless of what logo is on the side of the rocket, nobody in this industry wants to see a vehicle lost. We all understand what it takes to get to the pad, and we all understand how devastating a setback like this can feel.
Today isnât a day for ridicule. Itâs a day for professionalism, empathy, and respect for the people who will show up tomorrow, dig through the data, learn from it, and keep pushing humanity forward.
