the only question is:
will you still be the same person in 30 days, or will you become at least slightly different?
the weirdest part is that almost every meaningful life change looks incredibly boring while it’s happening:
> going for a run
> reading one page
> 10 minutes of meditation
> sleeping earlier
> not opening reels for another hour
nothing cinematic.
just small repeated actions.
but somehow, out of those tiny repetitions, a different version of you slowly appears
made these memes together with JourneyNow guys, they’re building a companion app for goals, habits, learning and personal projects
what I liked about it is the idea itself:
not “motivation for 2 days”, but a system that helps you not get lost halfway through and not quit after a week
