@ISSAboveYou @tw__astro @cityoflondon Whatever ISS picked up, if it has stationary lights as standard equipment, anytime ISS or any aircraft passes over, it will be visible, if it was a reflection, it may never be seen again, and if it's advanced aerospace engineering technologies, it's unlikely to be seen again.
