Today, we gathered at the Pentagon alongside President Trump to remember the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
We remember the nearly 3,000 Americans who lost their lives, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families who continue to carry their loss.
We will never forget.
Twenty-five years ago, evil attacked our homeland.
Nearly 3,000 Americans never made it home. Firefighters, police officers, first responders, service members, and ordinary Americans answered the call with extraordinary courage.
We honor their lives. We remember their sacrifice. We will never forget.
God bless the fallen, their families, and the United States of America.
