We were living in a very old house, all the windows at the front were single glazed and we had no wall insulation because the walls had no cavities, also tall ceilings. Still had to have heating on in June. We were paying £800 pcm

Here are some before pictures of the nursery. The first pic is from the sale photos and the rest are from today, the decorators have been mainly doing prep work.

Day 2, ceiling has had the first coat watered-down as it's going on to bare plaster. Coving has its first coat of @FarrowandBall #Wevet 🤍🤍 and most of the fireplace is primed...

@SimChipped So sorry to see you're going through this. I've been through similar with work. I'd suggest a complete break from it for a couple of months, reset how you feel about it and come back to it later if you still want to. It's helping me with my work situation, hope it helps you too💚

@LedaXI @heysha_diaz @DrRachaelF Exactly, same here. I went to a school with a "no bullying policy". Got bullied for 7 years straight (UK school), nothing done about it, I'm guessing because it's kind of normalised for teachers just like people dying is normal for doctors.

Bathroom updates:

So far, all bathroom installation peeps are booked up until at least October. Got a builder coming round this morning who hopefully has availability, but why does he have availability?

Also totally not going for the original decor plan!
