Today we bid a bittersweet farewell to RACER, one of our longest standing Scholars Portal services, after nearly 21 years of faithful ILL service 😥

First launched in June 2003, RACER has handled nearly 8 million requests and successfully filled over 4 million.

WELL twitter broke tweetdeck. I've been check what's going on here occasionally when I'm already on tweetdeck to see to other accounts, but now tweetdeck does not let you have columns from multiple accounts at the same time, so, I guess I won't be here anymore.

@grammatta SO my workplace is giving out pronoun buttons that you can add to your work lanyard but she/her is a Not Good colour for me (the one that is most my colour is they/them, which is absolutely not my pronoun combo). It is such a dilemma!!!

Kate has been with SP since 2006. She was appointed Assistant Director for Collections & Digital Preservation in 2011 and has served as Interim Director since 2021.
