The Spain-Ghana Chamber of Commerce held its General Assembly in Accra, where Ambassador Ángel Lossada, Yann Emonet, and GIPC CEO Simon Madjie reaffirmed Spain’s commitment to strengthening bilateral economic and trade relations. #GhanaInvestment #EconomicCooperation

GIPC CEO, Mr. Simon Madjie, recently met with H.E. Ángel Lossada, Spanish Ambassador to Ghana, alongside representatives from the Economic & Commercial Office and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce. Discussions focused on enhancing Ghana’s business climate and attracting more Spanish investment.

Mr. Madjie highlighted key initiatives, including a review of the GIPC Act in line with AfCFTA protocols, the establishment of an Investor Grievance Mechanism, and internal reforms to streamline investor services.

H.E Ángel Lossada and the Spanish delegation acknowledged Ghana’s strong bilateral ties with Spain and emphasized the need for deeper collaboration and harmonized investment laws.

Mr. Madjie reaffirmed GIPC’s commitment to creating a more investor-friendly environment through strategic engagement and policy reforms.
