$SPAN is live on Pons. Bonding curve now; at 4.2 ETH it graduates into a Uniswap v4 pool with the liquidity locked by Pons. Supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 and nothing can mint more, mining included.

9/ Six internal reviews, no outside audit yet, zero guarantees. It's an experiment with contract risk and market risk, so only put in what you'd shrug off losing. The three addresses (token, vault, mining) are in the next post. Nothing else is ours.
1/ $SPAN launches [DATE] on Pons, Robinhood Chain. It's a wafer fab: a NAND gate is an ERC-1155 token, one token per transistor, and the circuit you draw is the mining rig. If you played TapeOut on BNB, you know the loop. Clean-room rewrite, none of their code.
8/ What we can't do: the core has no proxy, so it can't be upgraded. Parameters are hard-capped and seal() freezes them for good. Any owner withdrawal or key change gets 12 hours of on-chain notice. TapeOut still runs upgradeable proxies. We don't, and after seal() we couldn't.
7/ Two emission streams. Base: the genesis reserve (most of our first buy), released with Bitcoin-style halving but fast, every 14 days. Half is out in the first two weeks, 99.6% by around day 112. Bonus: whatever the vault buys back, spread over a rolling 7 days.
6/ The 1% creator fee is a swap fee inside the pool, paid in ETH. It is not a transfer tax: send SPAN wallet to wallet and all of it arrives, mining claims too. The ETH goes to SpanVault, which uses 75% to buy SPAN back for the mining contract and 25% for ops.
5/ Launch facts. 1,000,000,000 SPAN, fixed; mining can't mint. No premine. Pons hands the creator nothing, so our wallet buys on the curve inside the launch tx, same as anyone. At 4.2 ETH the curve graduates into a Uniswap v4 pool and Pons locks the liquidity. We hold no LP.
4/ Mining is Proof of Fab. Attach a circuit to Colossus (multiplier 6) or Wing (1), claim a task, pass an on-chain spot check, and you're earning. Hash power = (what you burned + a design premium) x the multiplier. Beat the reference design and its premium is yours.
3/ Draw on the canvas: free, live sim, no wallet. If you have a Yosys flow, dump BLIF and drop it in. When it's right, hit tape out. The transistors are gone for good and you get a circuit NFT. Only the netlist lives on chain, and anyone can call eval on it at no cost.
2/ The parts bin is two things. NAND: wire enough together and you get any logic, adder to CPU. LATCH: one bit of memory that updates once per block. That's it. Everything else is wiring, which is where the name comes from.
