@OralB 30 day money back guarantee is made so difficult. Printouts required (who has a printer today?), postage payable, my parcel was returned as not accepted at the address, 30 day window now exceeded. I had another to return as the battery is equally disappointing, but CBA.

Shopping for trousers. @hm have numerical and letter sizes interchangeably with no reference charts around the store. @marksandspencer offer various lengths in the same pants but apparently a short length requires a smaller waistband than the regular length in the same size!😡
