@Dominos_UK is absolutely appalling at dealing with complaints. Over 2 weeks ago I complained and they keep claiming that someone has been trying to contact me even though I’ve checked my emails, junk mail and I’ve had no missed calls or voicemails.

@Dominos_UK complained originally 9 days ago by phone, then a complaints form twice, a few emails back and forward to say someone would be in touch and would you believe it……. Still waiting. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received
