@cineworld your new app looks half finished. Gone are the categories of movies. Event cinema, world cinema. All now piled into now showing making to very cluttered and hard to find movies.

Just booked a ticket not showing up in my orders. If you then go into profile it says I have one booked but no “upcoming orders” so cannot amend booking/ seats as advertised or cancel this booking

@cineworld? Utter nonsense. Not being able to book a ticket with, at the very least family members is insane. The logistics of having 2 let alone any more than that book to see a movie together, nightmare. Like others, won’t be renewing if this continues

@cineworld let’s not forget the silly policy of not leaving single seats spaces amwhen selecting seats. How is that going to work when I am in many cases going to be booking single seats
