The bot will be closing either June or July.
I have been thinking about fixing it up or just closing it, and with nobody using it, I have decided to close it.
After the closure this account will probably be private's or deleted and the website will be closed.

- s!latest-tweet now checks if the user is private before showing, so it won't spit out an error most people don't understand
- Some responses are now more user friendly
The "https://t.co/rothhYwJde" website will be closing later this month to be replaced with pages on my main website (https://t.co/w1Xh1hVjTf)

This is the other bot I mentioned somewhere, could be the beta version for sparkfirebot, or another standalone bot. Let's see how development for this one goes!
