@FedExHelp This is the kind of emails I receive. FedEx guidelines clearly states:  If no one was available to accept a shipment, the driver will leave a ‘Missed Delivery Card’ with a QR code.
Why were the boxes delivered to a different address and signed off by a complete stranger?
