@BankofAmerica honest question from a 30+ year customer: Why on earth does it take 9 days for a check to post to my account from a credible institution? 9 days?!? Time to reconsider allegiance.

They said it was @united problem and hung up on me. Meanwhile @united people have been great to us. Maybe time to consider switching allegiance.
Of course meal vouchers are only good at the airport…where every restaurant is closed.

1/4Anyone who knows me knows I’m a loyal @AmericanAir customer. Former CK long time executive platinum member. And I’ve long been a fan of the airlines and the people who work there. The experience today, has me questioning my loyalty. First my plane was delayed for 3 hours

But our pilot was an hour late. So we missed our connection and are stuck in Hoston overnight. I called @AmericanAir to have them take action…and it’s the first time someone at the airline was rude to me.
It’s been a minute, but I’ve been reinvigorated about radio…@kexp has been my morning (and afternoon) soundtrack these last few weeks. Thank you all for the expanding to the Bay Area and breathing life into music discovery for me.
