So annoyed. Ordered a voucher from @deBijenkorf on Monday as a leaving gift to be given today. Had a message from @PostNL that it was delivered, but it hasn’t been. Now have no gift and no refund.

Started a process in April with them to get a refund when my transfer did not arrive. Was told it would take 6 weeks. I’ve sent emails since with no response at all and it’s now pretty much July. #badcustomerservice #CustomerService
