@KeithJonesPu239 @AvantiWestCoast Sadly they weren’t on this occasion. The BTP did call me to follow up but there wasn’t a lot they could do by that point as the blokes in question were long gone. This remains a customer service issue so I’m hoping for some kind of response from Avanti.

@AvantiWestCoast I booked on the “quiet” coach of the 10:41 London-Liverpool train with my daughter. It is overrun with drunk Arsenal supporters who are incredibly loud. Where are the train staff?

@AvantiWestCoast Thanks for trying. I have submitted a complaint on your website too as the lack of staff to assist is unacceptable. These tickets weren’t cheap and we’ve had 2 hours of non-stop unbearable noise
