Then they tell us we made a change to our itinerary (wrong). Sure, as if we would choose to break our journey and waste a night overnighting in Gladstone😡

Been having a barney with @Virgin #VirginAustralia over flight cancellation (by them) and subsequent hotel booking. They said they’d pay then, after we’d spent the money, well within their guidance for cost, they reneged. Very poor form. No goodwill there. #airlines #lurch
