my parents' anniversary dinner at a fancy restaurant turned chaotic when my dad stood up to give a toast and my mom said "oh no sit down" before he even opened his mouth. he stood up anyway. said "I've been practicing this for three weeks." my mom said "that's what worries me." he pulled out note cards. laminated. my sister whispered "he laminated them" and my brother said "of course he did." first card was a timeline of their relationship with bullet points. included the exact date and time he knew she was the one. 7:43 PM on a Tuesday in 1987. my mom said "you remember the time?" and my dad said "I wrote it down immediately." third card had a graph. actual printed graph showing their "happiness trajectory" over 35 years. the waiter came to take their order and my dad said "one moment I'm on card four." the waiter stood there. everyone at adjacent tables was listening by card six. my dad cried on card eight. my mom cried on card nine. there were eleven cards. the whole restaurant applauded when he finished. the waiter said "I've worked here nine years and nothing has ever come close to that." my mom said "you're an embarrassing man" while wiping her eyes. my dad said "thirty-five years and you're still surprised." she wasn't really. she knew. love is just someone who laminated their feelings about you and delivers them on a Tuesday with graphs.

40 different school lunches were taken, frozen and sent to an independent lab for testing

Here’s what was found

- Over 93% positive for glyphosate
- 100% positive for heavy metals
- 29 different pesticides were found
- Aviary contraceptive in school lunches, meaning it prevents the bird from laying eggs
- Very toxic heavy metals, high levels that are known to cause permanent brain damage
- We found very low nutrients, like abysmal levels of nutrients

“The levels of nutrients were so low that the owner of the lab said there were more toxins than nutrients in this food — The results were horrible”

But it doesn’t end there, all this was also found during additional testing of foods in America

- School lunches contained 6000% more heavy metals than deemed safe
- Fast food burgers contained 1000% more heavy metals than deemed safe
- 100% of Chick-fil-A sandwiches also had this aviary contraceptive
- American fast food burgers contain Butanediol, “We are pretty sure injected into these cows because it makes muscle meat grow — it’s shown on the manufacturer data sheet to cause aggression and combativeness.”
- 93%–100% of samples tested of baby formula, fast food and Girl Scout cookies contained weed killer
- Trader Joe’s gluten-free bagel contain huge amounts of gluten, “20 times higher, 269 parts per million of gluten”
