There was a time when I didn’t even know what X (formerly Twitter) was. I remember asking a friend about this “app” and being told, “This is not your cup of tea.”
Back then, I was just a student — working hard, earning little, and quietly building my dreams. Today, as I reach 1 lakh (100K) followers, I feel nothing but gratitude.
From not knowing the platform… to building a community of 100,000 strong across the world — this journey means everything to me. Your love, support, and blessings inspire me every single day. I will continue to learn, grow, share my knowledge, and work harder than ever. 🙏❤️🧿
This milestone isn’t just mine — it belongs to all of us.

@NiharikaDash14 I am so proud of you. This is the best possible culmination of your efforts to keep growing your social media. You have inspired so many people that it fills my heart with happiness to see what you have achieved.
You have always inspired me. The way you work hard and focus on your clients' wellbeing, making sure they achieve great results, motivates me to keep going. I have always loved how devoted you are to your work, because it defines you and is an extension of how caring you are.
Looking Back with Gratitude 🤍
•When I look back at my graduation day, when I chose Food & Nutrition Science as my major, I never imagined that this journey would take me to a different country, earn me a DHA license, and allow me to work with people not just from my own state or country, but from across the world.
•Today, I have the privilege of consulting clients from different cultures and countries—learning their cuisines, understanding their lifestyles, and addressing their unique health challenges.
•In my practice, I never see my clients only through the lens of a dietitian. Instead of imposing restrictions, I focus on understanding—their food habits, lifestyle, preferences, cultural background, and level of nutrition awareness.
•My core belief has always been simple:
Food should be your best friend.
We don’t need to fear or hate food—we need to learn how to love it, respect it, and make it healthier with every passing day.
•This year, as it comes to an end, I feel deeply grateful and proud to have supported many individuals dealing with:
•PCOD
•Thyroid disorders
•Irregular periods and menstrual pain
•Infertility-related challenges
•One of my proudest milestones has been providing free cancer diet plans to over 6,000 patients, a responsibility I hold with immense gratitude and humility.
•As I step into the coming year, my goal remains the same—to continue learning, sharing my knowledge, and helping more people lead healthier, stronger lives.
•I stand firmly by my mantra:
Our kitchen should be our first pharmacy—not the pharmacy.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE
Don’t waste your energy trying to change others.
Don’t depend on others to find your happiness.
Don’t lose yourself by trying to become like someone else.
Instead—change yourself, discover joy within, and embrace who you truly are.
When you live as your authentic self, everything will fall into place beautifully. 🌸
Celebrating our Odia culture and festivals away from our motherland always feels special in its own way. This year, I had the wonderful opportunity to be a part of Nuakhai bhet Ghat in UAE for the very first time.
I feel truly honored to have been felicitated for my work during this beautiful program. It was such a heartwarming experience to celebrate together, like one big family, even while being far away from Odisha.
My heartfelt thanks to all the members of Nuakhai Bhet Ghat UAE for this memorable evening, the warm recognition, and the precious memento.
If you believe, you can do anything.
You can leave, you can travel, you can start from zero.
You can earn, you can grow, you can stand on your own.
Mentally, physically, financially—strong.
A girl with belief can write, read, study, and fight.
No matter who points at you, no matter how the world goes—
Believe in yourself.
Because if you believe, everything is possible.
Long ago, I chose to believe in myself—and that’s why I’m here today: growing, rising, fighting, and still believing. I know the future will always be brighter for those who believe, who may fall, but rise again. 🧿❤️🙏
Have a wonderful Sunday, friends. 🌸
Teach your children and yourself to accept failure. If you never fail, you never win. Winning gives happiness for a moment, but failure gives lessons for a lifetime.
Failure makes you stronger. 💪
Thank you so much to Odia Samaj Abu Dhabi for inviting me as a guest speaker to talk about women’s physical and mental well-being, especially during the peri-menopause phase, on the occasion of the Raja celebration. I truly feel happy and honored. #Abudhabi#rajaparba
