Director Mode flips that completely.

Open CapCut Video Studio. Select Director Mode. Type your story idea. You're now inside a canvas.

Instead of generating one video at once:

–> Build and control characters, shots, locations, and storyboards scene by scene
–> Double-click anywhere on the canvas to start creating with the AI agent instantly
–> One shot looks wrong? Re-roll just that shot. Nothing else changes.
–> Everything stays connected across frames – scenes, characters, continuity all preserved

This isn't prompting AI anymore.

This is directing a film.

Film studios spend $100M + and years on production pipelines that do exactly this – storyboard, shot control, character consistency, scene management.

CapCut just put that inside an app.
