@terrajobst I did 19:20 mins when was 46 years old, 2019. Good to have official races during the year, to push you further. In general, a lot miles is needed to reach this. Suggest to use garmin coach with pace goal.

@Skype How this is possible? I was using Skype to phone calling landline and when other side hung up, my connection was still ongoing and I could hear conversion from beginning (only other side). Who saved this conversation and why? This happend to me twice.
