So I'm a drummer and I want to print drums but I CAN'T MAKE NOISE to practice enough to shake the rust off and get the pedals calibrated and whatnot

BUT I have a 3d printer and lots of 14" shells so... 😎

It's not perfect. I wouldn't want to sell it, but it works for a workout!

So in this week's mic'd testing session there were a few #Drums that stood apart from the rest IN THE ROOM.

Recording will yield a different podium.

First place, Extra Crispy Chicken Dinner award goes to Vx-0003 "Cairo"

Very tight, very controlled, very snappy.

Third place, the Bell Brass metal, goes to Vx-0008, "The Dutchman"

Very unexpectedly good. Sounds like every other mid-tier Maple snare I've ever heard, maybe better.

This one has 33% cubic #Infill to get the weight under 1kg so that I could use nicer plastic w more variety.
