@ManipalCigna although I have provided my father's death certificate to remove him from the parents health insurance, you didn't removed him from the policy and renewed it. After the renewal of the policy as well I have followed multiple times to remove him but no response. Why?
@jade_marilu I had the similar experience until I got the trick of getting a live agent support. Once I got the live agent support issue resolved quickly. We just have to select unresolved multiple times if their auto response is not upto the mark.
