A federal probe found SJSU recruited trans athlete Blaire Fleming for an advantage and "most, if not all, of the women on the team at the time of sharing a dorm room, hotel room, and/or locker room with Student 1 were unaware that Student 1 was a male."

This is the reality. He took a scholarship a girl earned.
So no, it's not "inclusive". It's exclusive to the very women the women's sporting category was created to protect.
Elle Patterson said she was promised a full scholarship to play volleyball at SJSU. She says she never got a penny of it, while a trans athlete took her spot, and ended up having to unexpectedly pay for a whole year's worth of college bills.
James Tolkan has died at 94.
"Son, your ego's writing checks your body can't cash." - Top Gun (1986)
This scene is a masterclass in movie shorthand. In seconds you get Maverick’s attitude, his history, how he flies, and the entire setup. And Tolkan absolutely nails it.
FORT WAYNE, Ind. — A black 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country made history Wednesday, March 25, 2026, as the 11 millionth vehicle to roll off the line at General Motors’ Fort Wayne Assembly plant.
The milestone vehicle was purchased by fellow GM employee Ken Zawisa, who traveled to the facility with his father to drive the truck off the line and celebrate with the workforce.
“It was exciting to find out my truck was the 11 millionth vehicle. I’ve probably told 100 people,” Zawisa said. “I’m proud as a GM employee that we’ve built this many awesome trucks. The employees at Fort Wayne Assembly are building something every day that is important to a lot of customers.”

Scott Jennings just set a BEAR TRAP on CNN, and Miles Taylor walked RIGHT into it.
Taylor was spiraling over President Trump’s actions in Iran when @ScottJenningsKY hit him with the one question that unraveled his ENTIRE narrative.
JENNINGS: “Miles, do you think that the Ayatollah prefers his life under Obama or under Trump?”
Taylor froze, laughed awkwardly.
TAYLOR: “Well…look….”
[Silence]
JENNINGS: “Probably Obama, yes?”
TAYLOR: “The Ayatollah’s dead...”
Jennings stared into the camera and smiled.
JENNINGS: “There you go! You heard it here first.”
By the time Taylor realized what had just hit him, it was far too late.
🚨 BREAKING: American pilot praised nationwide for honoring three fallen Ohio Air National Guardsmen by drawing crosses and a salute in the sky following the crash in Iraq.
As a person who grew up in Iran, always following politics, listening to countless hours of Islamic Republic TV propaganda, I find it very hard to explain to Americans to what extent CNN is aligned strategically with the IRGC and the Islamic Republic.
This whole segment can easily be translated to Farsi and be recited by two IRGC women wearing Hijab on the State TV.
Most Americans will think I'm exaggerating, because they really don't want to believe how far the media as a civil institution has fallen.
America simply cannot and will not survive as a nation-state if the entire national media act as the enemy propaganda tool.
This happens to be an extremely one-sided war. But if the US gets involved in any conflict, where its military is challenged, this treacherous enemy propaganda machine will stab the nation in the back and destroy the country faster than you can imagine.

Former SJSU volleyball star Brooke Slusser says she shared beds with a transgender teammate without knowing that athlete was a biological male. She says she moved into an apartment with that teammate because her coach encouraged her to.
Now, SJSU is suing the Trump administration to challenge an investigation that determined the school violated Title IX, and to reaffirm its commitment to the LGBTQ community, all while Slusser is still working on trying to process everything that happened while she lived in that apartment.
