@agoda I got a call on my WhatsApp asking to share my card details while sharing the screen, what kind of customer support is it? Why do they want my card details? It is a SCAM right? What are you guys doing @agodaindia ? Where is my refund?

@agoda Yes, I want the resolution, a transaction number that was done for Rs 4,886 on 8th July. That's all I ask for. I just need the refund immediately. Why are you not giving the response here. Why on email?

They are fraudsters looting people's money with the worst products.I have raised a return over a size issue 10 days back, but till date the refund is not processed. Raised a support Ticket over email with Ticket ID - 2822714.
No reply.
