@EricLDaugh Medicaid and Welfare in NYS has been fraught with fraud for years. Since my days as a paramedic in the 80's and 90's when I'd see it and report it. Able bodied individuals with "benefit" cards and driving beautiful new cars, wearing expensive clothes. It'll never change.
