Ford’s credibility problem is his record:
❌ Greenbelt
❌ Rent control
❌ Hydro bill cuts
❌ Autism waitlists
❌ Hallway healthcare
❌ No education cuts
❌ No public health cuts
❌ Transparency & accountability
Why should Ontarians believe anything he says? #ONPoli#dougford
It's hard to take a government seriously that decides to take a 21-week vacation.
At some point, the people have to realize the PCs aren't serious about governing.
They're focused on deal-making with developers & investors.
When Doug says "people", he's not talking about us
Ford is still really upset he couldn’t keep his $29 million luxury private jet.
Ontarians are upset they can’t afford groceries. #onpoli

How come AI is treated as inevitable and something we must adapt to and accept, but renewable energy technology, sustainable infrastructure and electric cars aren’t treated with the same urgency or certainty?
Doug Ford ran on protecting Ontario from American threats.
Then he handed Toronto’s waterfront to JP Morgan.
Nieuport Aviation, controlled by America’s largest bank, owns the Billy Bishop terminal. They bought it for $750 million and have been losing money ever since. So Ford introduced legislation to seize Toronto’s own land, override the city, and deliver the airport expansion JP Morgan needs to make its investment whole.
One of the lobbyists pushing this deal? A former senior Ford aide. The revolving door didn’t even slow down.
The Building Billy Bishop Act lets Ford expropriate almost all of the Toronto Islands. City officials warn it means gridlock, pollution, and harbour degradation. Nobody asked for this. The only winner is a New York bank.
Captain Canada. Protecting Ontario from the Americans, by handing them our waterfront.
Mark Carney has the power to stop this. And he’d better!!
Doug Ford promised to stand up to American threats.
Now he's letting a JP Morgan-connected company expand Billy Bishop and destroy Toronto's waterfront.
This is a betrayal.
BREAKING:
JP MORGAN is behind the expansion of Billy Bishop airport - one NO GTA residents want!!
So much for Ford standing up for Canada against the USA - he's sold us all out
Please stop. I don’t want an AI summary of my Google search. I don’t want an AI summary of the text message from my friend at work. I don’t want an AI summary of the email I’m about to read. Please just stop.
The @FraserInstitute isn’t an objective "think tank"—it’s an ideological factory pushing right-wing agendas. When outlets like the @NationalPost or @TheTorontoSun use them as an unquestioned source, remember: it’s not neutral data, it’s a coordinated, foreign sponsored narrative.
Time for the Premier of Alberta to call an election. She has no mandate for anything she is doing, especially a separation referendum.
UCP and their supporters jumped all over the NDP for not having a mandate for the Carbon Tax, now they’re silent.
#hypocrites
Some of you have forgotten that only three years ago you were perfectly capable of writing an essay, writing a eulogy, telling a bedtime story to a child, and it should worry you that powerful companies have convinced us we can’t do things we’ve been doing for 5,000 years.
Good points by Chris Glover…
$3B will add 23M passengers at Pearson
Billy Bishop will cost $5B to add 8M passengers
And where’s the money going to come from?
Pearson will self-finance through retained earnings
There’s no way Billy Bishop’s $30M revenue can finance $5B
We all knew it would happen!
@fordnation has shut down FOIs across government.
The Greenbelt, Skills Development, the Air Rights Scandal , his luxury private jet. The list goes on…
He’s keeping it all behind closed doors.
Just too many scandals to keep track of.
The majority of Ontarians will never use Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Let’s be honest it’s mostly used by privileged, wealthy people like Doug Ford and frequent business travellers.
So why should everyday Ontarians be paying billions in tax dollars for this when our public healthcare system is collapsing and public education is being underfunded?
That money should be going into hospitals, nurses, doctors, classrooms, and students not another convenience project for the wealthy.
