Southwest Regional Recreation Authority (SRRA) developed Spearhead Trails to develop and maintain a system of trails throughout a 7 county area in Southwest VA.
Meet Ranger, Chris "Dropkick" Baker! Chris is our Ranger for Mt. View. If you've been on Mt. View you've met Dropkick! Chris is also a jack of all trades here at Spearhead! He builds Single Track on Mt. View, hops from Trail system to Trail system as needed! He's a great guy!!
Meet Ranger, Brian Pennington. Brian is our Ranger for Stone Mountain! Our roughest and toughest Trail! Brian also takes care of Cave Springs and Keokee Lake. He's a jack of all trades and works on multiple projects for us. Brian is a blessing to Spearhead Trails! #StoneMountain
Meet Ranger Cody Howell. Cody takes care of all OP for and builds Single Track Trails! Cody is always willing to do whatever is needed, and one of the sweetest guys you'll ever meet! If you see Cody on the trails, be sure to give him a big wave & a high five! #OriginialPocahontas

@SRRAspearhead Trail Update: Original Pocahontas is in good shape, heightened difficulty in high traveled areas. Ridgeview, Coal Canyon and Mt. View are in good shape as well. Maintenance continues on Stone Mtn and trails are overall in good shape. Logging continues on Stone Mtn!
